Athena Productions follows a clear, four-stage production process, from Discover through to Deliver, guiding every branded film, documentary and original screen story from first idea to final frame.

1. Discover

We listen closely to understand your vision, audience and the story only you can tell. This stage includes initial conversations, creative discovery and a clear sense of the project’s purpose before any development work begins.

2. Develop

We shape the story, refine the message and build a creative foundation for impact. This includes treatment and concept development, story strategy and, where needed, interview or narrative structure planning.

3. Produce

We bring the idea to life with precision, artistry and the right creative team, covering directing, producing, casting and performance direction, cinematography and location production.

4. Deliver

We craft the final film and prepare it for the platforms, audiences and opportunities it was made to reach, including editing, colour grading, sound design and final mix, plus stills, behind-the-scenes and social or campaign versions where required.
